வருகின்ற 23.06.2015 செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை அன்று தாம்பரம் கோட்ட அதிகாரியுடன் நடைபெறவிருக்கின்ற மாதாந்திர பேட்டியின் தாம்பரம் கோட்டத்தின் SUBJECTS களை கீழே காணலாம்.

New Subjects for the month of June 2015.

1.    Repairing of rolling chair to Pallavaram SO for 3 Nos. Two numbers is counter use and one is ASPM Pallavaram.
2.    Provide Mineral water can to All Sub offices under Tambaram Dn.
3.    Supply of New Bar Code Scanner to Pallavaram SO for use of Speed Net Branch.
4.    Provide Direction Name board two numbers to Mepz Post office.
5.    Request for kept in safe custody bag of Mepz Post office.(now safe custody kept in Tambaram HO)
6.    Change of office business hour 09.00 to 17.00 hrs instead of 10.00 to 18.00 hrs at Mepz Post office.
7.    Change of New Post office building @ Tambaram Sanatoriam SO (now using building is very dangerous condition).
8.    Change of Server to S V Nagar SO and Vandalur SO (very old and very slow condition).
9.    Supply of New UPS to Melakottaiyur SO (old one is condemned, board problem).
10. Repairing of Dot Matrix Printer roller to Melakottaiyur SO.
11. Provide Syntax door facility to ladies rest room @ Tambaram East SO.
12. Supply of 03 Rolling chairs to Tambaram East SO for use of Counters.(officials now using plastics chairs only).
13. TA Bill pending for Smt Vijaya PA Selaiyur SO for the Period of 2013 and 2014.
14. Supply of New Rolling chair to SPM Gowrivakkam and repairing/recanning of 3 chairs to Gowrivakkam SO. (Now spm sitting plastic chair only, it is inconvenient to work as system).
15. Upgrade Server RAM capacity of 1GB to 2GB to Medavakkam SO (SPM and HCL Report already sent to Divisional office on 13.04.2015).
16. Supply of a Mineral water can to Kovilambakkam SO (more than 10 officials are working).
17. Supply of New laser printer to Polichalur SO for taking print out of eMos and OAP Mos (laser printer not available till date).
18. Recanning of 3 Chairs to Pammal East SO.
19. Supply of New Keyboard and Mouse to Pammal East SO (already supplied not working properly).
20. Supply of a New Barcode scanner to Old Pallavaram SO (now available one but not working properly).
21. Supply of New Dot matrix printer and LCD monitor to Old Pallavaram SO (printer not working properly and monitor screen is showing yellow colour.
22. Fixation of scavenger allowance to Old Pallavaram SO (SPM Report sent to Divisional on 24.04.2015, but till date no reply from DO).
23. Change of Office business hours from 08.30 -16.30 to 09.00 to 17.00 hrs to Old Pallavaram SO (Mail van arrived @ more than 10.30 hrs).

24. Provide 2 Land line Telephone facility to Tambaram HO use of APM Counter and APM Delivery for attending Public calls and other calls.
25. Pending of MIS incentive bill to Sri A KarthickSelvam PA Tambaram HO for the period of 2013 January to 2013 December.
26. Pending of RPLI Incentive Bill to Sri A KarthickSelvam PA Tambaram HO for the Period of 2011 to 2014.
27. Request to depute the System Administrator for two months to assist the SPM, Moolakadai SO – at time of initial stage of CBS Migration.
28. Request to clear the TA bills – (Amount for Rs.12319/-) of Shri. S, Balaji, PA, Tiruvottiyur SO-Official request dated 14.10.2013, 21.10.2013, 06.12.2013, 10.03.2014, 09.11.2014 & 04.04.2015.
29. Request to change the office time of PUZAL SO due to late arrival of MMS.
30. Request to take actions to shift the post office building of PUZAL SO.
31. Request to Stamp Album Big Size & Small Size for Vijayalakshmipuram SO.
32. Request to Supply one printer & repair the UPS for Prithivivakkam SO.
33. Request to supply one printer with scanner for Ambattur HO – MPCM Counter, Takkal POD Scanning.
34. Request for UPS Batteries restoration at Manali SO (Urgently required due to TNEB power off offently for long time).
35. Request to Supply of drinking water to Manali SO for weekly 02 Nos due to salt water. 
36. Request to supply 02 Barcode scanners to Manali SO.
37. Request to supply one printer to Mugappair West SO.
38. Request to supply one Printer for Padiyanallur SO.
39. Request to repair the GENSET & Printer at Ernavur SO.
40. Request to give more importance for Rural Sub offices like Kavaraipettai, Ponneri, Gummidipoondi, Minjur, & Pulicat SO – in Technology Branch. (Like UPS, Server. System up gradation & Printer problem.
41. Request to supply one Barcode scanner to MMC SO.
42. Request to attach a PA, Shri. Mohammed Asif PA, MMC @ PSD, Chennai 600010 to Ambattur HO & fill up that PA post to improve the staff strength in MMC SO.
43. Request to supply of two new printers for use of Regd & Speed net Branch in Tiruvottiyur SO. (Now availability printers not working continuously and properly).

44. Request to repair the UPS in Tiruvottiyur SO ( It was not in condition more than past 08 months)
45. Request to supply additionally four cad ridge Rippons to Tiruvottiyur SO.
46. Request to supply 03 revolving Chairs for Counter PAs to Ambattur Indl. Estate SO.
47. Request to sanction the LTC Bill of Smt. Sivamma PA Ponneri SO.
48. Request to issue the Departmental ID card to Shri. Thambidurai PA Ambattur HO @ Ponneri SO
49. Request to take actions to shift the Post Office Building of Ponneri SO.
50. Request to supply of Almirah or Berow to all sub office under
Ambattur HPO to keep in valuable records and SSA SB -3 cards.
51. Request to review and issue the standing order for Water expenses, Petrol Expenses & A4 sheets expenses.
52. Request to issue the Standing instructions for repair the Printer, UPS & Computer peripherals at the time with AMC – Without AMC.
53. Request to issue standing instructions for TA and Food Bills – CBS Squad Members in Tambaram Dn.
